What a joke. Supposed to show up Saturday at 11am, but of course the phone was switched off - again. Advertising one thing and delivering nothing. If you enjoy waiting around for someone who never comes, this is perfect. Otherwise, avoid.
Sadly, not 24hrs. Called at just on 8am on a Sunday and got a message to say that the number we tried was switched off. Tried a couple of times, to be sure, to be sure. Should be one star as not as advertised on the box, but still, like the sound of them.
Jeremy and Jess were amazing! After locking myself out, Jeremy arrived in 10 minutes, gave a fair quote, and had my door unlocked in 5 minutes. He even cut a spare key on the spot. Both were kind, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend their locksmith service in Hornsby!

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic, he responded promptly to my call and made sure I was ok before working out what was going on with my door. He explained the problem and repaired the lock quickly. Jeremy was friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone locked out or having issues with their locks!
