The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and worked hard all day. I feel that I was given good advice which means that I now have the system that is suited to my home. Head office is absolutely useless. Requested a VERY SIMPLE job - service and odor elimination. Had to come twice to spray some disinfectant which didn't work and they asked us to fix it ourselves by purchasing our own sprays. Tried getting a partial refund for a lack of proper services rendered. Head office keeps getting me to talk to Anthony, the guy who is apparently runs the operation. However, he is frequently unavailable and is very difficult to talk to. He 'agreed' to a refund (text msg evidence available), probably to shut us up, and did not follow through with this. Then refused to answer calls. Very unprofessional.

Outstanding, high-quality installation of Daikin bulkhead units by the professional, friendly & cooperative team at N3 Air Conditioning. Our home was a complex, multi-level Victorian terrace house which the N3 team successfully worked with our gyprocker to produce a flawless finish in every room. Big thank you to the capable & talented team at N3!

Caleb and his team arrived on time and promptly begun working on our ducted AC unit. Works were carried out in a very professional and safely manner, with minimal impact to the household. Upon completion Caleb took time out to chat with us and ensure we were satisfied with their job.
