I went in to get a key that I previously had been emailed a price on from the company and upon coming to the store to pick it up and pay for it , the guy behind the counter went off I assumed to go get it and instead Some intense blonde woman aggressive came out ...no hello... Just stormed right up to me with the most angry intense eyes I later have discovered this RUDE and AGGRESSIVE woman was Nicole Michailidis - Operations Manager - She Refused to give it to me unless I gave her $77 and then did sell my husband one but for $71.50 and she was incredibly aggressive and rude .. I'm actually very upset over the whole Matter as I was told $33 by the company and it's actually worrying you have someone so aggressive, rude and unfriendly working for you guys . She said oh , that was out apprentice and he 'Must' have quoted wrong.... Well then why are you letting apprentices answer company emails ?! I'll be looking into this matter further with governing bodies and authorities . I may even need to do a bank charge back but this bait and switch price hike and verbal abuse is NOT OK

I came in with a simple problem: two mailbox locks. One had a cylinder that was too thin but the right length, and the other had the right thickness but was too short. I also had two locking arms—one too long, one too short. I paid $70 for a mailbox lock. I had to come back three times because they kept insisting what I was asking for "couldn’t be right" and sending me home with the wrong parts. By the third visit, they finally got it almost right—but the arm was still a bit too long. I arrived at 4:55 pm to a locked door, knowing they closed at 5. The clerk argued it was 4:59, which was not true, and did not measure the 5mm adjustment I needed. After a fourth visit, instead of measuring, they trimmed the arm randomly, which still wasn’t short enough. I gave up and paid another locksmith to finish the job properly. Extremely frustrating experience and poor attention to detail.

Had trouble finding a locksmith that could duplicate broken keys until I visited here! Had some broken keys and they instantly replaced them and made spares on the spot for an affordable price! Man at the front was quick, efficient and provided excellent service!

Total rip off. The blond teenager at the front desk made me feel like I was asking for a favor and then quoted me $250 to make a copy of my truck key. I then went to rockdale locksmith and they charged me $140.

Was recommended to me. I called ahead to discuss the issue I was having with my car key. When I arrived in the shop, was served promptly and had the issue fixed for a reasonable cost. Very happy to recommend to others.
