I am incredibly happy with the electrical work done by Melbourne Wiring Services. Our family home required new electrical connections and lighting to be installed in our backyard space, as well as installation of indoor power points and a complete upgrade of the switch board. Will and Carl were on time, the work was completed to a very high standard, and the customer service was excellent. Will was incredibly helpful from first contact to the work being completed, comprehensively answering my many questions with patience. I also appreciated his experience and consequent ability to anticipate our needs and mitigate any potential future issues to ensure that all work was done right the first time. For example, we installed a powerpoint for a desk that has not yet been delivered, and Will asked to see a photo so that the powerpoint placement could avoid the legs of the desk—not something we had considered, but he knew to check prior to doing the work. That attention to detail makes a big difference. I have no hesitation in recommending Melbourne Wiring Services. Great customer service right from the very start to finish! Workmanship, professionalism, communication and friendliness knows no bounds! We had a Evnex Charger installed and I had initially engaged with Will with my enquiries - he was super helpful, not pushy and very communicative. Communication was a key factor in our decision making because other electricians either took their time in getting back us, didn’t get back to us or didn’t bother trying to understand the nature of the work before quoting. We found that Will charges a bit more premium compared to other electricians, but there are simply some things that are priceless in customer service. Furthermore, on the day, we had Carl and Luke come out to help with the EV charger installation and upgrade of our switchboard - the service, tone, communication skills that I had experienced with Will had evidently flowed down to his team members because I seamlessly experienced the same (if not more) with Luke and Carl. I genuinely and sincerely hope to continue this working relationship in the future, become a loyal customer and hopefully can get better pricing ( ) if we engage you with more work in the future! No hesitations as all with recommending Will and his team! A team that upholds a high standard of quality for themselves!

Luke was great, Had an Evnex E2 Plus EV charger installer , Luke was professional and a nice guy. Great service . Most of all the knew exactly how to install even though it was a difficult install from ground floor to the basement. 5 STARS.

Could not be happier with my new light sconce install with Melbourne Wiring Services. Will is efficient, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Booking them is super easy also. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

Great experience from quote to the actual day of the job - they would now be my go-to sparkies. -Professional: the job would've been relatively small to them (just a couple of floodlight replacements) but they were very professional. Will was clear and quick with the quote. -Neat: Luke did the job well, fast and neat - cleaned up afterwards and even took off his shoes before going inside the house. -Reasonably priced: compared to quotes I got from other sparkies, and considering the quality of their work. However, they are booked out. Had to wait 3 weeks, was worth it tho.

Thank you so much to Will and the team! Induction cooktop and 4 ceiling fans beautifully installed with absolutely no mess!!! These guys were so meticulous. Staff were polite and communicated every step, so I knew what was going on at all times. I would recommend these guys highly!

Will did a fantastic job. Service was top tier. He came in for a site inspection before quoting and brought a little reality to my lofty goals for the home network. The quote was very reasonable, as was the timeframes for the work. Couldn't be happier with the work after completion. Will and Carl did great work. Would call again.
