I find them very trustworthy, and unlike other repair companies, they’re always reachable—even on weekends. No long delays or unresponsive staff like some other places. Avoid doing business with this company! I was quoted $3,300 for a fence replacement, paid a 50% deposit, then the company suddenly raised the price to $5,500 with no valid reason. When I questioned it, they refused to do the job and were very rude. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest experience!

They contacted me more than a week ago and said they would come to my house and repair the shower door. I told them, "Will you come for sure? I will cancel my own work and we made an appointment for 12:00 today but 1 hour before they were due to arrive they called me and said they couldn't come and asked for an appointment for another day. hey guys stay away from those who don't respect others' schedules.

Waste of money. If I could rate zero stars I would. I clearly explained what was required to service my split level air conditioner (based on another technician's advice during a maintenance visit) and was assured that they could put in refrigerant before Christmas. When the technician arrived, he did not know refrigerant had been requested and showed up to restate refrigerant was required. I understand the technician may need to check the unit but the technician said he thought this was just a standard check and he could have supplied refrigerant if provide this information. When I made the booking and paid in advance, I was informed that refrigerant would be installed on this visit. If this was not the purpose, this guarantee should not have been made. Company is either a scam or has very poor communication. A few hot days later into the New Year and still no refrigerant or response from the company. I would stay away from this company.

Terrible service and incompetent so called handyman. Couldn’t speak English and didn’t even bring a ladder.
