I called Maca's Pest Control because I wanted to work with a local who actually listens to my concerns. Jo was amazing on the phone with her knowledge and customer service, so polite she answered all my questions. The tech Grant was lovely, respectful of my pet and walked me through everything he did and the warranty they offer. Will be using them forever now! Thank you, really great company to work with, affordable and professional!

Aaron arrived on time for our annual treatment, was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative. Our dogs warmed to him straight away too which is always a comforting sign. He took the time to do a thorough pre-treatment inspection of our property with us, and answered any queries we had about our ant visitors with good, clear explanations and suggestions. This is the third time Maca's have been here and we are very happy to recommend them as a reliable, experienced, effective and dependable pest management service. They do what they say they will, when they say they will, and they're really nice people to deal with as well who genuinely want to help.

I contacted this company with concerns about possible termites, and they were extremely helpful and reassuring. After checking everything, they advised there was no termite issue, which gave me real peace of mind. This morning, I had my annual pest treatment by Macas Pest Control. In the last 12 months, I've not seen an ant, a live cockroach and/or other Pests. The on-site report states nil evidence of pests. Macas is a small local business. Family owned and Family focused. They are committed to customer service and their work's fully guaranteed. Judy, James and their Team are very knowledgeable.
