We have an old door with a strange old key and have visited about 10 other locksmiths within a 5km radius to no avail. Should have gone here first. Quick service, reasonable price, and the key actually works! Thanks guys (:

Hildebrandts have recently completed two projects in our residential strata building — installing CCTV coverage of common areas and replacing a defunct intercom system with video based system servicing all apartments. The work was done smoothly, efficiently and with minimal disruption to residents — the technicians (Sam, Jackson and others) were at all times totally professional, courteous, flexible and quick to solve the challenges that emerged along the way. We'd highly recommend this local small business.

I did not use this people. I received a quote of $500 + GST to replace the front door lock of my apartment. I almost accepted their offer, but they were that hopeless they could not give me an appointment time. They say, they would ring me when they are about to come to the property. Waited 2 hours and accidentally discovered from the Strata Manager of my building that the price they quoted is outrageous. No one charges $500 + GST to change the lock. He gave me the detail of an alternative locksmith. Great alternative, in fact, only charges 30% that what this people quoted. I am glad that they are that unorganized and were not able to give me an appointment, if they are that organized, I'd probably lost my $550. Run.. Run.. Run.. find another locksmith or at least get 3 quotes to know that they are really expensive.

Amazing Service, From a familiar face and New Apprentice at Hildebrandt,& in my own experience+ opinion Bruce Is very Lucky to have Ben on staff!!, As well as all the fully qualified and licenced Locksmiths with Decades of experience in the industry! + would still be Working under contract with some well know, Unnamed industry Personel) ( & Unfortunately I don't know exactly+ can't legally give out that type of information, Like myself masterkeying for the Now Liquidated Beachdide Lock and key While there are n 2001,So sorry i( Can't give you examples) Except for Myself Maybe, Being a locksmith myself Since 1994 I Don't Mind the extra 15 min's Travel in traffic from the Eastern suburbs area, To collect the Best Assembled Locks in ALL of Sydney, Probably a good Sign Coming from another Locksmiths company If you ask me!!! Thanks again to The Team & Bruce Hildebrandt for Consistent Support since 1994 for my previous Appreciate employee experience,& Then supplies for job's and several Restricted systems, From ML1 to the new Bi-lock Exclusive style Locks, either type your looking for, They probably have it or can Order it for you . I've found over the years of seeing the Team, it's worth a Call by phone to make sure that they have Stock,As it's probably very difficult to keep Every type of lock and key type ALL of the time, Even I need to wait on orders from, Out West or Qld for Certain Stock,& there can also be Shortages of products Beyond The lock SHOPS Reach or it's Territory essentially, But my rating out of the possible 5 Stars is definitely 6 out of 5 , My, Kindest Regards to the entire team and Friendly Owner also!! & It's definitely worth the extra time and a Short Wait for a few extra keys from my Order of The Newest Bi-lock Pick proof Exclusive style Newer Bi-lock from 2019/2020 I think it's the Latter of the two,As they were one of a handful stocking and offering Galaxy systems and keys at a Great Trade price for fellow Smith's in the area or even a 10-20 min's drive away from Elizabeth street Sydney 2000 Just next to central Station, Under the old Dental Building at the Biggest intersection in the city ALMOST!! EASY TO FIND, DEAL WITH AND GENERALLY VERY HAPPY AND FULL OF ENTHUSIASM, Which is Slowing dying of in the industry, But they're employees are odviously very Happy there, Hence the Quality Service and Good conversation with staff. & They actually Don't Mind a bit of Giving Quality advise about their products I haven't generally seen myself. The fact that they've been in the industry since before I was born,Is a good enough reason for me to keep Getting locks from Hildebrandt,& very impressed with the pricing for such a new type of cylinder Trade + All ways the assembly and keys Made I wasn't expecting the price I paid,& was happily Surprised By the fact!....
