Donnie is awesome! He first helped me when I got locked out of my new house when I was moving. He promptly arrived to the call out, and got the door open quickly. I then had the locks changed by him as well where he finished the job quickly, left the area spotless and made the two locks work with the same key. I highly recommend Donnie!

Donnie got us out of a lock out and back into our home in no time. Arriving promptly off a call within 40 mins, he went straight to work and in matter of minutes we were safely back inside. Punctual, friendly & informative, would use him again but do hope we don’t have to!

I called just before 10am with a non urgent request to look at my loose front door handle. Donny understood, took my details and said he would provide me an update on timing and would likely be able to come by the same day. Less than 2mins on the phone. I then received a message at 12pm confirming my address and that I should get another update. Then a confirmation that Donny was on his way. He fixed it within 15minutes including looking at ways to prevent it occurring again. Gone by 1.30pm. Great professionalism and communication throughout and a thorough job. Can't ask for more.
