Don’t not use them ever! Charged 448 for lockout (340 lock out + 30 call out + 10% gst) for a normal Monday morning business hour call out … never use them again!!! It was an emergency otherwise would have waited for someone local and it done in 1/4 of the prices. (Reply to the update: In the business’s professional opinion it’s okay to rip someone off on pricing is okay (charge 4 times the normal cost), given the customer have the choice to call some else before accepting the quoted price is okay … I guess great customer service and ability to take feedback )
I rang as an emergency being around 9pm at night and my three year old was also locked out of the house with us. I asked the guy how long would the waiting time be, and obviously the price. I then explained that the time frame is important because my THREE year old daughter was also outside in the cold with us. So I simply said I would call him back to confirm if I could wait ‘around an hour’.. and next minute he RUDELY hung up the phone, while I was mid sentence trying to organise my next move. I was very stressed and worried as I have never been in this situation and didn’t know what to do, the least I’d expect is some compassion from the people that deal with it all the time. Such a disappointment.
Very quick and professional service! I happened to be on his way so I didn't have to wait a long time. And once he got to my place the job was done in the blink of an eye.
Lowest quote by far. Really friendly. Checked ID, which I approve of. There in 10 minutes, back inside in another 5. Would recommend.
Lost my keys on a night out with my friends and Richard came to my rescue at 2am! He let my girlfriends and I in and rekeyed the locks! Absolute legend! Highly recommend!
