My Bonaire heating and cooling unit failed just as the summer started so i needed to get the unit changed over to a new system immediately. Daryl went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests including getting the new Airtouch 5 controller unit with inroom ITC temperature sensors and zoning the entire house within a reasonable cost. Daryl, Hayden, Stirling and the team at Kool Air were very professional and did an amazing job changing out the systems. They came on time and explained every process clearly and even cleaned up afterwards. They clearly live upto the 5 star reviews they already have.
Matt has done a great job of installing our 2 Daiken airconditioners. Prompt, reliable and a nice bloke. Thank you to the electricians for making it possible as well
We highly recommend Kool Air! Daryl was fantastic to deal with, always happy to take my calls and to accommodate what we were after. We were wary how the install would turn out, being that our house is mud brick but Matt, Caleb, and Max exceeded our expectations, hiding all the pipes and positioning the outdoor units where we asked. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up everything after the job. Matt was easy to communicate with which made us stress free. We couldn’t be happier with the final result!
These guys fitted the new system in my bedroom. They were friendly and polite, efficient, and worked well together. Everything was tidied, put away and said goodbye when they left. Daryl, thanks for your advice and guidance. Your staff are awesome. Lachy and Tyler you did an amazing job.
Kool air installed 3 split systems in our home this morning. Lachy and Stirling were very polite and professional in there work. Lachy was particularly tidy in cleaning up under the units he installed indoors. He even spent time showing me how to work the remote control. Thank you boys for being so efficient. We are really happy with the work they did, and would definitely recommend Kool air. Daryl did the quote for us, and was very good explaining any questions we had. Amazing service from Matt, Tyler and Ebony. All very professional, job was done quickly and cleanly. Ebony was was very helpful answering all my questions and arranging installation. Daryl was also extremely helpful providing our quote and the options we could have. Couldn't be happier!
