We were extremely impressed and pleased with the installation of our battery. Sam and his team were very professional from beginning to end and we would thoroughly recommend Instant Solar.

We had a system - battery and additional solar panels - installed about 10 months ago. From the outset we have had issues, but Sam and the staff have always been available, helpful and proactive in sorting them out. The SAJ system that we now have is great. Our last bill was in credit! Instant Solar is a brilliant company to deal with. I've given their details to friends who are having them do their solar job for them. From the office manager Mandie, the tradesmen led by Adrian who installed the system, Ryan Steffe who was my coordinator, always kept me informed and replied to texts within minutes. You can't get better price, workmanship or service than from Instant Solar.

Instant Solar installed an ESY solar battery and 3-phase meter with back-up for me and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Sales staff were patient, took the time to find answers to my many questions and there were no pushy sales tactics - their customer approach and great communication really stood out to me compared to competitors. The install was high quality and faultless (and I'm an architect with an eye for detail so I don't say that lightly). Good value even though not the cheapest - it's worth paying a bit more for great customer service, a company that takes pride in its workmanship, uses only proven products and will back up it's products and service.
