Sheree was excellent. Did a very thorough and efficient clean and didn’t miss a thing. Went beyond what I was expecting and asked if I needed a hand with anything else as she had a bit of time left. Sheree is lovely & very friendly. She cleaned my place for the first time yesterday but before commencing, went through the jobs I needed done. Our clean was hassle free. We left our cleaner in the house and felt that we could trust him with our home. When we came back the house was sparkling and had a lovely fragrance, everything looked beautiful. Thank you Maid2Match amazing service.

Meredith is a very thorough and efficient cleaner and i am very impressed with the care and attention she gives her cleaning. She goes beyond the requirements I have set to make sure that I am satisfied with her work and will take on additional tasks at her own initiative. Their flate rate was misleading. For a "flat rate clean" I was paying $125.30 to have a list of things completed without a time allocation. However, it became clear the cleaners were only allocated around 1.5 hours to complete all the tasks on the "flat rate clean list" — a list of jobs that realistically can’t be completed in that time. This means the cost worked out to be about $83 per hour, compared to their minimum two-hour clean rate of about $65 per hour. Updated Response to Maid2Match Thank you for your reply, Karen. Unfortunately, my concerns remain. I was repeatedly refused an answer on the minimum hours included in the flat rate — both by email and phone. The cleaners were clearly rushed, couldn’t finish the full task list, and told me extra time would cost more. From my experience, clients get better value paying hourly — more cleaning time at a lower rate, with no ongoing commitment. I won’t support a company that won’t disclose how long its cleaners are paid to complete a "flat rate" list.

they dont have enough people employed to service the areas advertised 🙁 i spent a lot of time researching which cleaning company to approach and then found out the only people in my area dont have time. I think it would be better to have a bit more information upfront about areas you dont have much availability so people dont waste hours of their time comparing companies. *edit add on after reply* Well I wasn't looking for a one off cleaning, I was looking for a monthly or fortnightly clean and seemingly that is not available in my area for the foreseeable future not just not available in the next couple of weeks or something. I understand you think it us unfair to leave a review, but honeslty I consider this review a warning to people to not waste hours of time comparing places only to find out the only way your company can service their area is if there are new hires inthe company. I genuinely think you need to add something to your website on the pages for areas you don't have many cleaners actually advising prospective customers that there is limited availability so they know they need to call straight away to ask about it before spending a lot of time comparing places. Had there been a heads up, I could have saved myself a couple of hours of what is already a very busy schedule hence why I was looking into having a cleaner.
