WHAT I GOT… A man with a bucket, a bundle of plastic bags, a ladder and a trowel doing what they said they don’t do (manually scooping out debris). When the job was done there was still a considerable amount of debris (gravel and sand) still in approximately 25%+ of the gutters. So if you think you are getting what they advertise, think again. You, very possibly, will get someone with a bucket and a trowel (and no safety gear). I told the cleaner I was not happy with the job and suggested l pay the company after I tell them of my disappointment with the finished result, but that’s where the emotional temperature uncomfortably rose, so I reluctantly had to pay the quoted price before the man would leave. Retrospectively what I should have done was stop him as soon as I was aware I wasn’t getting what I was offered on their website. Advice! Don’t use ATS to clean your gutters unless you know exactly what you’re getting. Be specific and get it in clear understandable writing.

Katie and Bec from STC spent 2 days uncluttering, clearing, sorting and removing a mountain of "stuff" that had accumulated over 10 years. They were absolutely fantastic and went to extraordinary lengths to ensure everything was either packed, tidied, cleaned or discarded and they carried out the tasks to the highest professional standard. They were punctual, helpful and a pleasure to have in our home. By the time they were finished It felt as if we'd just moved into a new house and it was an immense relief to have the place in order once again as it was far beyond my physical ability to do it unassisted. My Mum and I have the crew come every second week to clean our apartment. The crew are amazing !!!!! They are highly professional and respectful of our needs and what we need help with. They all work extremely hard and make our apartment clean and sparkling ✨️

I am under NDIS and this company was recommended to me. Honestly the group of girls I was assigned with I am sure were angels in disguise. They were friendly, helpful, professional and most of all understanding. I will always use and recommend this company. They are god sends.

The driver with a big beard driving the Stc van have in Carrum Downs need to learn how to drive and be polite and courteous to other road users. Please train your staff properly.... Stop abusing other road users, not nice at all....

I had this service out on 23rd March 2020. Initially I was told 6 staff for 6 hours from their staff member who does the quote. 4 staff arrived at 11.30, including a lunch break of 30 minutes and left at 3.30pm. 1 other staff member came at 2pm. A member that cleaned my freezer accidentally pulled the cord half out of the wall and I didn't notice until 8pm next night. I lost a full freezer of food. This company would not take any ownus whatsoever. Be very careful about using this service.
