I’ve been using Yoshi and his team for cleaning for close to 6 years now. Both for regular cleaning and for 2 bond cleans. He is professional, kind, thorough, honest, and in 6 years never had a cancellation. He has a team of cleaners, so someone to suit you regardless of what you need. I’ve never had any surprises on my invoices, and any mis-communication or things missed he has had no problem working with me to fix. He was happy to adapt to my preferences when I’ve changed frequencies, billing preferences, days or time to come, and even taking shoes off and using eco friendly products in the house upon request. He offers extra services as needed such as window cleaning and high pressure cleaning. Both bonds have come back with no dramas. I have recommended J&A to all my friends and will keep recommending his services.
