Hayden was exceptional to work with. We had no rush to have the works completed. So he took his time but boy the attention to detail was top notch! From the brick work to the gap between the slats were spot on! Definitely will have him back to complete more works for us in the near future.

Hayden replaced our existing asbestos boundary fence with colourbond and also replaced a new fence and secure gates to the front of our property. Overall a large job and a lot of work. Used a different fencing contractor to my usual, because this was an agreement between neighbours. Firstly, the fence was nice, price was the same as the comparison, which I suppose is mostly what you need from a fencing contractor, hence the balanced review. But the lead-up communication, frustrating. At the time when I was trying to confirm acceptance and dates, there was several weeks before the reply, despite being told "will get back to you shortly" Credit where credit is due, the fence was fine, good even. And I wasn't charged for some additional rubble removal that came up. But no contact for weeks and then suddenly when money comes into play, suddenly extremely timely replies and several of them, just makes me feel like a tick-and-flick.

Great job by a skilled professional at a fair price. Highly recommend Hayden and his company Hallmark. He even worked a Sunday in the rain to finish in time.

Hayden and Connor came round to our place at short notice (called them at 3pm, they arrived at 5pm) to fix our pool gate, and they did a tremendous and efficient job. Could not have asked for a better customer experience.
