i have a 13.2 kw solar system on my shed installed by green ultimate. it is now a few years old and one half of the system is showing an error and producing any electricity. green ultimate were good to deal with during the sale and the install but when there is an issue about repairs despite multiple phone calls and required photos of the system being emailed to them there is zero response to address the repair of the system under the warranty period. post sales support is one of the worst i have experienced from any businesses that i have dealt with.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. Leaving a bad review is my last resort to ensure my Solar system is properly installed and in working condition. My solar panels were installed in 2021. It is now August 2025, and in this time, I have had no less than four different contractors to 'fix' the problem. This $26,000 system has been a complete waste of money. Essential energy shut it down due to such shoddy workmanship. The last electrical contractor that they sent out. told me when he left that it was working when he tested it. but left it switched off. When I switched it on: it wasn't working. I called them and they told me to get a local electrician out to look at it. i did this and - now I'm left scratching my head to as how the last contractor worked out it was working... because the leads in the power box weren't connected. I have received a quote from the electrician for the amount of $2800 to fix all outstanding issues AND supply me with a certificate of compliance... which im supposed to get before I pay for them....whoops I'll know better next time. I have requested that Green Ultimate pay for this on two occasions now Via email... and I'm still waiting for a reply. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this company. rant over.

They have fitted a 6.6 kw solar system ,and now a battery system to my home, all working good. Professional salesman and installers,very friendly and helpful. Would use them again for any solar installations.

Got Solar from Joseph he was very friendly. Later got battery from Adam he was very friendly and professional in what he was doing and explained me extremely well. Saving heaps on power bill. Recommend to all out there. 10/10

Happy with the solar & with Battery Electrician was lovely. Adam & Fahad the sales reps were gems. Guided me & explained everything properly. I thought door knocking was not a good way to sell. But after dealing with Greenultimate team i totally believe its the best way. Human interface cant go away. 5 Stars

Bought a solar system 5 years ago from Greenultimate, system paid off itself and saved me heaps. Now got battery from Adam he was very professional and polite. Highly recommended to everyone.

It was a very good experience. We were referred by a close friend after getting quotes from other companies. Overall, we have been very pleased with the service. They listened to what we wanted, didn't pressure us to buy, and were always friendly and respectful. The installation team did a great job installing our system in just two weeks. Their quote was the cheapest as compared to other companies, and their products were top-notch in our research. So far, dealing with Greenultimate has been very satisfying.
