Grace Removals Townsville

So far, not so good ! I received a confirmation that my items would be delivered on the 25th of February, and made plans based on this. Closer to the date, I was finally told that my shipment would not arrive before April.. Problem is that I have accepted a job in another country and planned to move end of March… So I have asked if it was possible to change the delivery address, I was told that it was ok but it will come at a cost (Not my fault that you messed up the delivery date in the first place, but ok…). I have not heard from them ever since, despite me chasing the updated quote multiple times. I tried calling, emailing, nothing is working. Absolutely no reply. I don’t know what else to do except hope that leaving a review will get my case moving. My items are somewhere in the Netherlands and I cannot plan ahead. The whole experience has been horrible and very stressful so far..

I had a very similar experience to the most recent review. No one contacted me once I confirmed the quote - I had to follow it up, the phone would often ring and ring and I would end up speaking to someone in Brisbane! I had to continuously follow up to find out when it was going to be delivered, not once did I receive an email saying my furniture had been picked up, in transit, or had made it to it's destination. I sent emails that no one responded to. Once I had made payment, no one got in touch with me, I waited 2 whole business days, sent and email and nada. The people who put together my furniture were friendly. Just overall a horrible experience with moving.

I promised to write the best review of all human history for these people so here goes: Long story short they always went above and beyond to work with me when circumstances were out of my control and they always jumped to help me. They even gave me boxes for free and helped me figure out the cheapest method for everything. All the staff were as helpful as the other reviews say, but they always checked on me to see how I was going and made sure my stuff was picked up fast. I really loved how nice they were, and one guy I dealt with Jamie even REFUSED a tip! The guy said "it's part of the service", unreal! If you want to feel like the Queen of England spend your money here. They were all awesome but I dealt with Jamie and he really helped me and understood my situation.

Fantastic experience! Grace Brothers staff collected the items from Townsville and delivered them to Canberra (in perfect condition) when they said they would, which is unfortunately almost unheard of these days. Very friendly, helpful, competent and reliable staff; my family and I would not hesitate to recommend Grace Brothers. Thank you for restoring our faith!

Very professional team. Had dealings wt jasmine from Townsville and she made moving states possible and easy. Highly recommended. They relocated my car and dogs as well. Happy wt their service. Hoping not to move too soon. But will gladly use them again

Had an awful experience with them recently. Got told they could deliver on a certain date by the employer who gave me the moving proposal in Townsville, my gear arrived one and a half weeks after. I emailed them regarding this and I didn't get a response. On top of that, they were poorly organized with eventually letting me know when they were delivering my gear with me having to contact them to find out the date/time of delivery (only finding out the day before what time it would be delivered). Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
