Our brief was to replace our windows and external doors, while maintaining the style of the original cottage. We had Christian and Paul down in Mansfield installing about 17 windows at our property a few weeks ago. Very happy with the product (double glassing windows and sliders) and the work. The guys left everything clean and we were expecting some damage to the tiles around the windows just in relation to getting the old ones out, but not a single one broke or even chipped. Thanks heaps guys!

Very disappointing. Emailed photos of window to replace in December. Company knew the exact type of window to replace. Had to wait until end Of January for someone to come out to quote. Took time off work and drove 4 hours to meet the guy quoting (who was really nice). He walked up, looked at the window and said NO - cant help. What an utter waste of time. They should have told me when they saw the photo.

Our builder used North-east Glass for all our windows and doors in a new house 8 years ago. Most are pretty good, especially the louvres, which apparently can cause problems. Our complaint is that every single sliding door leaks air when it is windy. Perhaps that is unavoidable, but it is annoying.
