I emloyed the services of True Blue Glass to complete renovation works. It was a kitchen splash back and 3 frameless shower screens. From start to finish they were fantastic to deal with. Jess was my 1st point of contact, she was so helpful, and nothing short of a pleasure to deal with. Heath is the glazier that completed the works. He did an outstanding job, very thorough on the day of measurement and also precise and tidy on the day of installation. I dealt with a few others in the office, they were all helpful and efficient. I will contact True Blue Glass for the next project.

From my initial phone conversation with Jess, I felt confident that True Blue were going to be able to fix my hinged windows. The guys that came out were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and they cleaned up! Windows fixed! I would highly recommend True Blue.

The conversion of my garage to a rumpus required the first tricky task of removing panel lift door and replacing with glass sliders (000X) The short story is I can't speak more highly of True Blue Glass, the most difficult part was ensuring they would arrive on the day I removed the panel lift door, and they were on time to the hour! True Blue Glass rang to advise doors were ready for install, the held the glass for a week while I arranged to remove the door and then arrived to install on the day and time as promised meaning no unsecure property on the day I planned to remove the panel lift door.. True Blue answered all questions during my consult, measured and built the custom design in quick pace, installed with care and precision and left me with nothing but a quality garage conversion. If you re looking for a reliable and trust worthy glass company in SEQ, these guys come with my highest recommendation, and I don't often do reviews!

We had a spontaneous breakage of a large glass panel on our back door. True Blue Glass sent someone out that night at very short notice on a Friday night and were able to fix it. The bloke who came out was friendly and fixed the window quickly.

Nothing about the experience with True Blue was good. It took a long time to receive a response to book someone in to come quote a simple job to fix one of the panels on our pool fence and re-align the gate. This is understandable given how busy everything is at the moment, however the person did not turn up to quote on the booked day which we had arranged to be home for. Eventually organised someone to provide a quote which seemed to be over priced, but we couldn't wait to organise a quote with another company to get our pool fence compliant again. In fixing the pool fence they have used their own screws (one of which is screwed into nothing) to re-attach 2 of the posts to the deck instead of the existing bolts so they are mismatched. They have also split the deck boards in two places and did not re-align the pool gate as requested.

Helpful, professional and timely service. We called them the day before the forecast Cyclone Alfred as the window panel just cracked and dropped. They have been so helpful and organise the work to be done on the very same day and the price is reasonable. We are very grateful with their help.
