Had Wally out today and I have to say he did an amazing job! He was the most pleasant tradie I’ve encountered… He called 30 mins prior to arrival, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to complete the job quickly. Needed new pane of glass in three-tiered window. House is 75 years old and recently renovated with special work on Windows. The glazier from Glass Works was an experienced tradesman who worked professionally with knowledge about situation, and in a timely manner. He was polite and friendly, and tidy. All staff with whom I interacted were business -like and helpful. Will use this firm again.
