Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. After being quoted for a simple shower enclosure, it took nearly 3 months of them not answering the phone / not answering emails to then give me lame and pathetic excuses as to why they couldn't get back to me.... left messages; and that too was too hard for them to answer. As I did, go elsewhere not only to get better service, but better value and save yourself time and frustration.

Choosing to have our new swimming pool fence manufactured and installed by Fencespot was for sure the right decision. Gavin is highly experienced, practical and competitively-priced. He listened to us and sought to understood our needs, but also pushed back where he felt that we were asking for something that was unnecessarily expensive or not the best for us. His communication from start to finish was great and the materials he used and their finishing were of a high standard. Installation by Travis was hassle free and excellent in every respect and it was interesting to see the methods he has developed for each aspect of the job. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Fencespot without hesitation.

Fencespot did an extremely professional job for us. After multiple site visits to confirm our requirements and ensure that the measurements were right, they were flexible and understanding with our timing requirements. The installers were professional and highly skilled. The results look great. They also helpfully recommended other contractors who helped with our backyard project. I highly recommend Fencespot.

Stay away from this company! They play you around and will not deliver the job to you claiming you are not their only customer! Fencespot do not have any office or admin team just a call centre and they do not know what is happening with your order. Extremely poor service. Just waste of time. I ended up cancelling my order and get a refund after waiting more than 6 months!!! This Gavin is a master of making excuses to delay your job and pretend he is very professional. I have started communicating with Gavin in May 2022, he gave me a quote and I told him to proceed but he did not send the invoice and then claimed I did not pay 50%. I paid it in Oct 2022 and he came to measure in site in Jan 2023. You see what I am talking about! Delay , Delay , Delay! fencespot is not professional and they don't have any admin team. Gavin does not answer his phone and takes ages to get back to you with a further delay in your project. You will be surprised how he will treat you during the process!

Gavin and the team were very thorough. Gavin met me on site and discussed options that would make for the best visual and function in our yard, not the option that would make Fencespot the most money. The glass fencing with black spigots is rock solid and opens up the yard (glass fencing is actually lower cost than blade). The blade fence is also rock solid. Hinge systems are excellent. Workmanship is excellent. Communication with Gavin was great. Installers were neat and punctual. Very Happy.

Fantastic service from Gavin during the sales process and friendly and efficient service from Travis during installation. Pool fence looks fantastic and really glad we selected Fencespot to complete the job for us. Highly recommended.
