STY Fencing

Terrible communication. Ordered a small side fence to be powder coated and installed. No communicating as to when it was too be installed. Was installed without powder coating. Charged $320 to have it removed, painted and reinstalled. I'm sorry but they did the job incorrectly and try charging me to fix their mistake. I'll do it myself. Never ever again.

Zero stars..... We have just finished the job we paid STY to do! You will never ever hear back from this company. The manager is extremely rude and very unprofessional, they did 3/4 of a job at our place and when asked when they would be back to complete the job and cut/remove the concrete required the manager said " we won’t be doing that" We are still waiting to hear back from him as to when he is Coming to look at the fence. We have finished it our selves which is not something we should have to do after paying for the job, use another company you will be very disappointed, get the word around they should not be able to take money from hard working people.

They returned my phone call UNTIL I paid the deposit for the fence. Once the deposit was paid I wasn't able to contact them anymore. They showed up one day, did the fence (quality is ok), but the gates can't close properly so it's a problem but it's impossible to give them a call.

STY fencing Shepparton provide the worst service i have ever experienced in my life. We ordered a side gate for our property 3 months ago & had to cancel our order due to them not being able to complete it or communicate with us. Communication was appalling and Greg from STY was extremely rude & told me if he had to call every client every time a job was delayed he would have to hire a full time person to make these calls. Everything i would ring the office the person i needed to speak to was not available and no one ever returned my call. I was told 3 weeks ago that they were ready to be installed and would be the following week which they were not. Rang again today and i was told they have not even started making the gate. They are the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. DO NOT use STY fencing Shepparton you will regret it.

BEWARE I would not recommend this business at all. Not even worth one star. My mum waited 10 weeks for a relatively small fence then it took a week to erect. Then we had to wait for the gates that arrived with wrong colour lattice work It was ridiculous. 18 months later fence is falling apart. Gates don’t line up . When trying to get fence fixed he doesn’t want to know you. Just wants to argue. We have been trying for 6 long months to get fence fixed and won’t contact us at all said see you on court. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. Plenty of good fencing places in the GV area look on.

Huge thumbs down to STY Fencing Shepparton. Mark and Gary should not be allowed to take money from people requiring a fence. We got a shocking fence, not level, bad concrete and when the installer was asked to stop and look at he was doing we were told to finish ourselves. Which our neighbors have done at their expense. Mark does not return phone calls, you get stuffed around for weeks and if Greg answers the phone you will be spoken to with complete contempt. Do not do it to yourself, go elsewhere! The weeks of frustration and ending up with a s#*t product is definitely not worth the frustration. Also I was told if you speak out about their appalling service they will defame my business, I will deal with whatever they have to say as the only business dealings I have had with Mark or Greg has left me with a shocking fence! Do not believe " it’s the contractors fault, he had a bad day" you will be looking at the fence for the next 20-30 years. Read the other reviews, STY Fencing are shocking to deal with, this is not a one off bad review.

Fence obviously very uneven in places and took months to have partly finished, ended up finishing it myself. Contractor was sick on and off and we were unable to have our dogs at home for these months. Manager didn't appear to care at all when I mentioned the ongoing issues and lengthy time taken to partly complete. Terrible service, never again.
