First Choice Fencing

Now I know I am only a lowly public housing tenant, but do not deserve to be ghosted or my fence not repaired. This company sourced the contract from housing nsw to do a job, to be paid for that job. Please come and do that job ! From the 20th September till now 17th November, I have been waiting for someone to come out and just look at my fence, to quote a repair job. I'm not asking for a new fence, it would be nice since the whole thing is rotten but quite happy with a repair. If the leaning panels do decide to fall and hurt my dog or my 7yr old child, I will be sending the bill to FIRST CHOICE FENCING.

Poor customer service followed up with even worse workmanship. Had some fencing replaced and was told that they could marry it up to the existing fence. this is what they left me with and refused to fix. Avoid at all costs.

This company has the worse contractors to deal with, they will attend the job location and leave a attendance card in the mail box and take photos for proof without knocking on your door just to cancel a job. Absolutely lazy and unethical.

I submitted an urgent request for a broken fence, and the service provided by the office staff has left much to be desired. Despite being assured of a service call within 48 hours, there was no follow-through. Subsequently, I was told that contractors would address the issue the next day, but this commitment also went unfulfilled. No communication, no show – a frustrating and disappointing ordeal. The lack of consideration for customers and the apparent disconnect between promises and actions suggest a concerning level of incompetence and dishonesty within the organization. It's disheartening to see a company neglecting its commitments to its customers.

Rough as guts, just pay the right person to do the right job, this is nothing but cheap and nasty and I regret giving them my job. Fence has scratched and isn’t straight or level.
