We needed a pool fencing done due to new regulations. Chris & the boys were very fast to get on site to do a quote as were they fast with providing the glass & installing. Definitely would reccomend

We used this business for several internal and outdoor aluminium balustrades over the space of about 9 months. The first two installations went ok, we had a few little hiccups but the end product seemed ok so we asked Chris (the owner) to do the third and final part of our job. Things went pear shaped when we noticed on installation that the external balustrade had different spacers to our other external Baulstrade that he had already installed. When questioned about it Chris’ response was we never told him to do it the same as the other one. If there are options in the product then I’d like to know why Chris would make the decision to chose a certain option on our behalf or if he wasn’t going to ask us what we wanted why wouldn’t he chose the same as what he had already installed for us. When questioned about it he became extremely difficult to deal with. We had paid him 50% upfront and he told us that he would not come back to finish the job. We are now left with an external balustrade (with untightened wires) that does not match our other external balustrade and a quarter done internal Baulstrade that we have to find another supplier to complete for us. I highly recommend people avoid using this business, so unprofessional and disorganised and very questionable interpretation of the truth and lacking common decency. See attached photo of our powder coated aluminium hand rail which was fabricated and installed by easyfit less than 12 months ago. We’ve spent thousands of dollars spent on a sub standard product and an unfinished job.

Initially the pool fencing and gates were installed over 10 years ago. We have now upgraded to soft closing hinges. The prior and now the new hinges installation have been of a high standard.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Chris (owner) spent 3/4 of his time on the phone to others when at our house, telling us how busy he was, used parts that were faulty, took 7 months to return to fix the issues only to leave the job incomplete! Would never recommend this business to anyone!!!
