I had some old pool gate hinges that had finally given up, and I was looking to upgrade to Polaris soft closing hinges. Steve came out promptly to assess whether they’d work with my existing fence setup, and then returned to install them with absolute precision. He even went above and beyond by sourcing a replacement lock from his own supplies (a lock that’s no longer in production). He truly found the needle in the haystack. After installing it, he also fixed an issue with a second gate that wasn’t closing properly. Steve is an absolute pleasure to deal with and, above all, a genuinely good bloke. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Well done, Steve!
