We had an excellent experience with Maxine and the team. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and very easy to deal with. The quality of their work was outstanding, and everything was handled smoothly without any stress. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the end result exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

FenceWise recently installed a fence at our new built home on Sovereign Island, Hope Island. We were origionally going to go with tilt up or superior fencing but my neighbour recommended Fencewise to us, so we bit the bullet and brent came and gave us a quote, 3 weeks later we had it installed and it looks amazing. Highly Recommend.

Fence Wise , have just completed my custom made 6.1 meter concrete front fence installation. I found all the staff to be very professional and the new wall looks great !! I am so Happy , I chose Fencewise to add a new front feature wall, to my Home. A big Thank you Brent , Maxine and the all trades guys !!

Terrible customer service from the owner at fencewise. They refuse to fix cracks in the concrete walls and pieces of concrete that has broken off after only a couple of years of being installed. Impossible to get hold of, and won't fulfil their obligations to fix the damage. I definitely would not recommended them.

I don't ever post reviews but felt necessary to post this one. If i could give 0 stars I would, the customer service and workmanship specifically of the owner Brent is nothing like I have every experienced. We have had our installation spanning out over 3 months (and original contact was made at 5 months for the works to start) and it is still not finished, timelines cannot be provided, and when you ask for an update you will be yelled at over the phone. He will often blame his staff and lack of staff and I am not surprised he cannot retain staff with an attitude like he has. I should note that we did not choose to go with this company but were not left with options after purchasing land from a developer that had a contract with this business. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, rude, inappropriate and aggressive. I advise strongly to NOT use this business.

extremely poor communication left me waiting for 3 months then decided not to complete job would not recommend this company under any circumstances. save yourself the stuff around and use some one that is reputable. i really don't understand companies that bother coming out to quote then when agreed on quote never bother to deliver? a bit of business advice if you are too busy simply say this from the outset instead of stuffing your proposed clients around.
