Just recently had my shed installed by stratco and the experience was amazing to say the least. Bev being our first point of call from the get go has been outstanding, great communication, great service and excellent customer interaction. Great staff, always friendly & happy to help. My only gripe is that the store is still not open all day Saturday & closed on Sundays, especially pre Christmas & summer Fingers crossed it will happen soon
6k for a diy patio couldn't be further from the truth. Customer service was awesome, the rest was crap. Span tables didn't match product delivered - was opposite to my order. Never again, disappointed to say the least. If you order from these guys make sure you have some headache pills on hand - absoloute nightmare.
Well Stratco Australia you need to recognise your wonderful Brand Ambassador Bev Swain at your Mandurah store My wife and I were exploring with local patio builders an upgrade to our patio a simple 8m x3.3m we had quotes of $18k to $38k absolutely ridiculous So we went to Stratco Mandurah as I had installed a Stratco patios before and we met Bev Swain who was a wonderful wealth of knowledge and help convince us that an outback patio with Cooldeck was the way to go so we ordered it Bev was a great aid and worked hard to get the system to take our order, she was calming and interactive answering all of our silly questions So Stratco recognise Bev Swain please as we will use Stratco whoever we think of our backyard as long as Bev is at Mandurah Thankyou Bev we really do believe you are a great Ambassador for the Stratco Brand and their products.
