we do work with stratco in both Victoria and queensland When? Attending the Carrara store we have no issues at all they're really good, really attentive however. This store could do with a freshener and I don't know where all the staff were when I arrived but it took an awfully long time to get a basic service to pick up a click and collect, All in all, Australia products are really, really good, we've used them on multiple projects and they are the first to come to mind when I want to get some, modern looking outdoor work done around properties

Great service! Helped me get my purchases to/into my car. Had what I needed at the time of visit. Very pleased, will be back when I need more items.

Amazing service! Ten stars out of five! I visited the store today and yesterday with my two kids Dave was fantastic with them he gave my 3 year old a icy pole and a note pad to draw trying to keep her busy so that we could discuss the details of our outback pergola design. He was incredibly patient and attentive getting back to me with alternatives when the designs didn’t meet our budget. He followed up the next day and I went back into the showroom where again he showed so much knowledge about the product. Extremely happy with the service from Stratco and Dave at the Dandenong branch I highly recommended them and him for all your home improvement needs!!!

Absolute joke third class service from these guys. Bought a patio last year before Christmas and was missing parts. It’s been over 2 months now and I have not been delivered the missing parts. Every time I call I have to explain the story to these guys which I have recited over a dozen times. I wouldn’t recommend this store or the company as they don’t care they take your money and leave to to your own devices when there is an issue. I have never ever dealt with someone this unprofessional in my entire life. I haven’t received the parts yet while writing the review and can’t build the patio. Only been waiting for just over 2 months. I will be seeking legal advice and take further action

I found the Stratco website super easy to navigate and the online purchasing option was easy and fast to use. My order was ready faster than expected. SO far so good.

The service from the start to the finish has been amazing. From the initial contact right through to Sam the delivery driver. I don't think I've meet a nicer guy, it was legally wrong what I asked if he could do for me, and he explained why he couldn't, be he did the best he could and made it as easy as he could for me to be able to move it later to where my shed is going. Thanks Sam.
