Thank you to the Supergates Team! We absolutely love our new gate! The team were super friendly and helpful to deal with. Phoebe was super helpful and always responded to any of my enquiries within an ideal time frame always within at least 48 hours, so I didn't have to wait long on response. Bradley, thank you for your constant communication and providing us with updates on our installation. We greatly appreciate your hard work and we know you made sure we had a great experience! We had our fencing completed today and we are very happy with the finished product. We ordered Hampton style fencing with an automatic driveway gate and pedestrian gate in colour surfmist. They also installed our milkcan parcel letterbox for us. While I previously raised concerns about lead times (this job took approx 14 weeks to complete after payment as opposed to 9-10 weeks), they apologised and promptly provided a solution to make things right. Shout out to Phoebe who really listened to my concerns and ensured the project was completed before Christmas. Also big thanks to the team who worked on this job!

Communication was average, lead times exceeded quoted amount by 3-4 weeks. But once arrived, everything was perfect, undamaged and went together easily. Fence is very sturdy and looks much better than the old one. If it wasn’t for their communication and lead times they would have gotten 5 stars. We will be using them in the future.

After recently posting a 1 star review for Supergates due to ongoing delays and issues with a custom DIY side gate ordered 4 months ago, I received a call from Bradley who openly discussed my concerns and took action to resolve the issue. Supergates have since removed the incorrectly sized gate and have further supplied and installed a new one to the correct size. Giving credit where credit is due and being one to appreciate that things don't always go to plan, I am pleased provide a better rating for them. I still feel Supergates overall lack of response and never being contactable via phone has let them down. However, I am thankful everything is now resolved and the product quality is excellent.

I initially left Supergates a 1-star review due to poor communication, emails and phone calls went unanswered, and I couldn’t get an update on my custom gate order placed back in June, which was quoted with a 10-week lead time. After posting my review, Bradley reached out the very next day to discuss my concerns in detail. He was open and transparent about the delays they were experiencing and promptly scheduled the next available slot for delivery and installation. Wayne came by early this morning to install the gates, completing the job within the hour. The gates were delivered and installed exactly as quoted, excellent quality, sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing. I’m very happy with the final product! This would have been a 5-star experience if not for the earlier communication issues. Thank you to the team for following through and delivering a great result in the end!

Great gates great finish very easy to fit. Everyone was made to measure perfect took a bit longer than I expected but it was worth the weight had no problems. Any queries they fix it up straight away.

Had my eye on these gates for a few years, clearly the best value quality gates I could find after visiting the showroom. We had an awkward area to place the gate in so I opted to have the guys out to measure advise and quote it to be installed. The end result was fantastic, quality gate exactly what we wanted. Only rated 4 stars due to a few communication issues and significant project delays from an estimated 6-8 weeks to 12 weeks. May look to install matching fence on the other side of the house. Thanks!
