Our Town Fencing Coffs Harbour

I cannot believe how complex and long it has been to get a quote, order materials and get them in store. Its been over three weeks and I still don't have my materials, I'm also super disappointed with the correspondence from Coffs harbour store with me to confirm profiles and other factors in my quote. I was default quoted custom cut flat top pool fence panel apposed to given the option to cut full length panels. this is over double the price and equivalated to over $500 also default given post up rights off set to one side and not centre of plate. and also the price difference on these two are a joke. also needs to be an image generated system so I could see plans done by our town so we are on the same page.

I purchased some materials from Our Town Fencing for some gates and I had a number of questions which I asked via email. The response times to my 3 emails where super impressive. Just looked back at the emails and the slowest response time was 45 minutes. That is very impressive for after sales service. Then yesterday I found that one of the parts that I had been given was the wrong colour so I sent an email at about 4:15pm and I got a call from a lady at about 4:25pm apologising and saying that it will be delivered to my house this morning. It arrived at about 10am and I am super happy with this company for their product, pre sales service and after sales service. Well done to the team at Coffs Harbour.

Matt helped us quick and smart. Amazing customer service, didn’t mind answering all my DIY questions. Very helpful, good quality products and cheapest fencing around. Compared it to Bunnings and Coffs Metal market.

I purchased Colourbond fence for my New House which I installed. The guys at Ourtown fencing Coffs Harbour have been brilliant in getting my Oder together and delivered it to my house in Nambucca Heads. Even though some items were missing they got it sorted and made a special delivery so we could continue building my fence, now that’s service, thanks to all the team that work there especially Matt the job was completed, I highly recommend them. For probably the cheapest fencing supplier in the Coffs, I cannot fault the service that I received today. I decided to try my luck obtaining some advice and depending upon how that went, request a full quote on a unique, non-standard job. Well, being Friday afternoon of a long weekend, I dictated all my measurements to the eager staff member, (Matt Nowlan), who after asking several clarification questions, asked for my contact details to send the quote when completed that afternoon. I would have been happy to receive my quote mid next week but true to his word, I received my detailed quote, covering everything, that afternoon which was impressive...., even more impressive was the quote!

Boys at the shop are great. But its quite a wait because the owner / manager only have 2 staff who are totally run of their feet. No time for a break for these loyal employees. The management should be ashamed.

Never left a review before for anyone but This shop deserves one I rang the shop today on a Saturday 5 minutes before they closed to get some fence posts for my fence that blew over the night before and he waited there and kept the shop open For an extra 20 minutes to help me out never had a shop do that before it was unexpected and much appreciated and he made sure I got everything I needed to get the fence fixed good bloke I’ll be back. thanks again
