I had to return a few things on the same day I bought them. They charged a 30% restocking fee. This is way over the top

Fantastic experience from initial phone call to pick up, the lady on the front desk was awesome, friendly, very knowledgeable of the company products and did it all in a professional and warm way. Yardsmen were quick and equally knowledgeable. I’m not sure we will ever need more products but if I do this is where I will get them and would have no problems recommending them to anyone. Great service! Great pricing! I accidentally ordered the wrong size pailings and some posts. I rang Steven at Cut Price and told him my stuff up. He credited me the difference and organised the right sizes to dropped off the same day! Amazing service! Highly recommended!
These guys are great, easy to deal with always get back to you promptly and happy for to just say "I need 20m meters of colourbond with a gate" and they add it all up for you. Highly recommend
