I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve from Northside Fencing on the installation of Colorbond fences and gates at my property in Beachmere. From start to finish, Steve demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and craftsmanship. He worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was perfect, and I was consistently impressed by how he kept me informed throughout the entire process. Steve made sure I was aware of progress updates and any considerations that might affect the outcome, which gave me great confidence in the work being done. Beyond his technical skill, Steve was an absolute delight to deal with—friendly, respectful, and genuinely committed to delivering a high-quality result. Chad has just finished our fence and we are so happy with his work… such a hard worker. We were very impressed with the quality of his work and his communication. He also did a great job tiding up after completion.

Really happy with our install from Chad at Northside Fencing. Chad is one of the hardest working blokes I have ever had the privilege to meet. Chad has gone above and beyond what was expected and was genuinely passionate about ensuring every process of the install was transparent and we were happy as each step was completed. I cannot fault this install at all and upon reading other reviews on this page, it looks like Chad is consistently providing this 5 star level of service across the board. Chad from Northside fencing did an awesome job installing our fence and came up with a master solution to my gates . Quality workmanship and excellent finish . We all know it comes down to the tradie who completes the work and Chad was outstanding and efficient . Highly Recommended

I just had a old palling fence replaced with colorbond and concrete retaining walls by Chad from Northside fencing , did a amazing work considering the size and by himself we had side gate put in too, thanks to Northside fencing and brilliant work from you Chad.

Be careful We will never recommend them. Our experience was horrible and unfortunately we were too trusting. Be careful, ensure you know your rights and read your contract . We got stuck with all below issues and are going through QBCC as the owner threatened us that they will remove fence( they put a clause in their contract they can trespass and damage your property with no recourse) and he will not fix anything . 1- fence not built to height as per design 2- posts and gates scratched and they used markers to just colour over them 3- paid for gates 2m height , they bought shorter one, cut them even shorter with no refund for price variance and one side they tried to fix by putting a small extension under the gate and the other side they didn’t bother to fix. 4-change in price with no clear explanation or split of cost . 10 emails back and forth to ask for split and they refused to provide details. 5- check your contract, they put a clause in it , they have the right to trespass and remove fence even though it is illegal and they are not liable for any damages they do to your house or property. 6- Check your rights under QBCC 7- check if they had actually insured your work Overall, just a horrible experience , not willing to take ownership of their work, not willing to fulfill their contract and continuous threats
