The issue was poor quality workmanship and very poor communication. A six week job took over six months. Naturally we had a dispute over payment . We went to court. I paid him a small amount of money but here is the final outcome. A very short time after these gates are installed. Poor materials completely rusted through Less than four years. I’m afraid I can’t recommend In relation to this business or not being able to communicate with him, the excuse given in other reviews about him being overseas is true. He just goes overseas to do skydiving and is unable to be contacted for months at a time. I do wonder what he thinks is reasonable.

Leigh was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, professional and genuinely helpful – nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole process of choosing the right gates really simple and clear, and even took the time to explain things to the other trades on site so everything ran smoothly. What really stood out was his level of service – Leigh came back twice to adjust the gate buttons and again after a big wind event to make sure everything was working perfectly. That kind of care and follow-up is rare these days! I've already recommended him to several friends, and will continue to do so. If you're thinking about using him – it’s a big yes from me. Couldn’t be happier with the result
