Deking Decks Brisbane

We engaged Deking Decks to replace the ageing iron roof on our deck with insulated roofing panels. The process, from first contact to job completion, was smooth, stress free and efficient. It's so refreshing to discover that there are still businesses whose primary focus is the customer and this was made evident throughout the entire process. The team are friendly, respectful and highly skilled in their trade and I couldn't be happier with the result.

We wanted to wait a few months before posting a review to see if any problems came up with the new deck. Very pleased to say there have been NO problems at all. DeKing Decks did a great job. Roly was patient and flexible when doing the quote; Antony managed the project very well and was always available by phone; and Andrew did a great job dismantling the old deck and building the new one - keeping the site very clean and everything on schdule and on budget. We had a need to refurbish an existing pool deck and fence around our elevated concrete pool. We obtained a number of quotes but Deking were the only company that provided an in depth analysis, combined with insights into local government building code and regulations. We ended up going with Deking with a full tear down and replacement option. The result was stunning and completely modernised this area of our home. We couldn't be happier. Fast forward 5-years and with a little annual maintenance Deking's creation still looks brand new. After all this time, we then had a need to remove one of the fence panels to assist with moving some large furniture into our home and on request David from Deking popped over to assist with this without fuss or fanfare and then refused to accept any form of payment in return for his time and materials. Brilliant service and advice at the original time of our project and then just simply outstanding customer service, years down the track. I can absolutely recommend Deking for your deck and associated work as a supplier of integrity with wonderful customer focussed service before during and as importantly, long after the project is complete.

The team at Deking were absolutely amazing and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. We had a small decking area and some fencing that needed to be done for a newly installed pool. The team helped us think through the design and then came and constructed it perfectly (the quality is absolutely amazing). And the team that worked on it were absolute professionals! We had saved for years to get the money to build a deck . Because i am as tight as a fishes bum with money I needed to make sure we would get value for money. I am so glad we chose Deking to build it. Our deck is simply the most amazing structure I have seen in a long time...and im very old. The cuts and joins are perfect, it is square and structurally very sturdy. Each post is ridged and perfectly straight. The insulated roof is beyond words with four flush down lights and a DC fan..it is stunning...beautiful. I cant wait to finish leaching the tannins out and then oiling it. If i have to use one word for my brand new deck it would be. "Art. " Not art like Whistlers Mother ..look but do not touch, rather it is art you can have a BBQ on... Art you can walk on. The carpenters were amazing, with worldly skills, polite demeanor and very open to answering my many constant questions. I will absolutely use Deking Decks again and I happily recommend them .
