Van and his team are very professional, they did my veranda and it turned out greater than my expectations - good materials, reasonable price, and they worked very diligently. I truly appreciate their work a lot.

Van did such a fantastic job with our fence, it’s worth the investment. I initially hesitated to replace my fence at all because of how much of a hassle and investment it is. Van made it easy for me. He and his team removed the old rotten wooden fence and mailbox, and put on new metal and colourbond ones which includes door locks and a mailbox which all looks cohesive and beautiful together. They finished the job within 3-4 days. So happy with the outcome and would recommend Van to anyone that needs a fence job!!!

It all started one hot summer night when we went for a stroll around our streets in Ringwood and happened to walk past a very nice looking Colorbond fence which had the Van Khoa Logo very stylishly attached to the front post. The fence looked so good I immediately took a photo of the logo so I would know who to call as our fences needed replacing. From the moment I met Van when he came to do the quotes I could tell he was a very genuine person who I immediately felt I could trust. My instinct proved correct as we now have 3 amazing colorbond fences. Van was so patient with us as there were a number of neighbours involved each wanting different things and we had to ask for the quote to be adjusted a number of times. Van is punctual and communicates well. He and his team completed the 3 fences in a day. It was like watching a well oiled machine working as he and his team removed the old fences and built the new ones, each person knowing exactly what their role was. The fence doesn't even have steps which is how many installers do it because its much easier. I could go on but to say Van and his team did it the way it should be done, not how it could be done, would pretty well sum it up. I should also add they left the site nicely cleaned up.
