Disappointed review After reading many good reviews, it’s upsetting i’m having to put this here. I’d like to share my disappointment regarding the mess left behind by the fence replacement job connecting to the neighbours house at our Highton home. Just 2 months into living here, and we’re feeling frustrated we have to deal with this mess. When we came home from work, we were greeted by muddy boot prints leading from the driveway all the way to the back of the house. Our garden pebbles were scattered everywhere, concrete was spilled all over the place, and our garden bed was half destroyed. It's like they didn't even care. To make matters worse, the fence job itself is questionable. There are huge gaps at the bottom of the fence, and the filling is poorly done. - I would like to think they’d have a little respect for properties, but not for our house. The fact that they didn't even attempt to clean up after themselves is just the cherry on top. We're left to deal with the mess and frustration. Devastating. The property manager has tried to contact you twice via email, and by phone.

The fence was not installed in the correct position. I raised this issue on the day of installation, however I was advised it was correct. I subsequently paid for a new site plan which clearly showed the fence was installed incorrectly. Despite this, no attempt was made to rectify the issue. A meeting was arranged on site to resolve the matter, but they did not attend and provided no phone call or communication. If you choose to use this company as a last resort, I strongly recommend being present to oversee the installation.

I had a small part of my driveway fence and a new gate constructed. I've had 2 timber fences built on properties I've owned. This was easily the most pain-free and quality result. I have no trouble recommending Belmont Fencing's services to others

We recently engaged Tony and the team to put up a paling fence on a tricky sloping block and a picket capped fence. Quality of the work was exceptional and they did it when they said they would. If you need fencing in Geelong call the team at Belmont Fencing

Added returns onto the fenceline even after being notified that this was not to be undertaken. No communication at all throughout the process or before this was erected, even though it's on my property line and I'm accountable for half of the invoice. Won't run the fence down the property line as it wasn't quoted or that it's "difficult" and if they were to address it then it wouldn't be done for four months. Have emailed them since and had no response.

Top shop, more then a fencing company!! Always happy to assit not only the public but fello contractors in any way they can.
