Sam from Energy Saviours came out intially & on the day of instalation to look and advise. He was very patient over a period of 12 months and anwered my questions and advised on the various different brands on the market (Inverts, solar panels, batteries & hot water heat pumps) & gave me quotes on several different products. There was some communications problems with lost emails & misunderstanding. His prices were satisfactory. It has been several months since the instalation now of the panels & batteries. There was unfortunately a faulty switch installed but all was sorted out. I believe there could have been more explaination about the Sungrow solar cloud apps that control th system from his electrician. I believe sam has advised well on the product brands of solar panels and batteries,. Thank you Sam.

Recently contacted Energy Saviours (Sam) after hours and the response l received was outstanding. Sam on forwarded the query to the equipment manufacturer with response received within a few hours. Sam explained how to monitor my system for best outcome. All sorted within 24 hours. Great service.

Excellent service from Sumeet and his team. It was very straightforward dealing with Sumeet to get the deal done. It was an easy decision to go with Energy Saviours because Sumeet made the process so convenient for me. When I told him that I was too busy at work to talk on the phone he was flexible and we communicated via text messages. Then we had a phone call to finalise the deal and ask some questions. I enquired with many other solar retailers and none of them offered this level of convenience and personalised service. Keep up the great work Sumeet and team. Energy Saviors, deserve more than 5 stars, I have now had my panels and inverter for just on a year, i thought that I would wait to write a review after a year, and I am very impressed with the installation and the communication throughout the process, simply outstanding, and the pricing was the best. In particular Sumeet, who i chose out of the four quotes, not pushy, I asked him to check in every month or so, I had some unexpected expenses and family things to sort out, over a twelve month period we spoke, and he did not once try and rush things, when we committed, everything he said he did, and I cannot recommend him highly enough, besyt decision I ever made. Thank you Sumeet.

Our experience with Energy Saviours was excellent. They were only too happy to travel outside of Melbourne to rural areas to discuss the installation and to install the system. Their quote was very reasonably priced for a quality system. Communication was always immediate and all our questions were happily answered and assisted with. After installation, the inspector told us that they had done a great job. We are confident in recommending them to others.
