I texted in the morning with an issue that was challenging my journey with my caravan - and by midday we had a solution and back on the road altogether by 3pm! What a miracle worker! Super friendly, professional and so helpful. Totally recommended.

We had an issue with the hot water service at a rental property on a Friday afternoon, and within an hour, Gus was on site and had it fixed in no time. He was professional, efficient, and friendly — excellent service all around. So quick to respond! Thanks, HCES — highly recommend!

Cameron came and fixed a faulty circuit that kept tripping a breaker. He advised me to have all circuits covered by safety switches which he did that day. That night my oven tripped its circuit and Cameron came the next day to fix it. It turned out to be a simple error anyone could have made and he told me I wouldn’t be charged. He could easily have billed me as I wouldn’t have known but he was honest about being at fault. He was also very friendly, courteous and professional and I’ve had no trouble since then. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his company again.

I came home to find that part of my house had no power. I called HCES and was so impressed with their quick response. Gus and Abbey arrived within the hour. They promptly diagnosed the issue, replaced what needed to be fixed, and had everything back up and running in no time. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to all my questions, well beyond their years.
