Grant was responsive, friendly and professional throughout the entire time. As a first home owner, we had a lot of questions, which he was happy to answer at any time. Since meeting Grant, Grant and his team (Sean and Ryan) have installed five air-conditioners, double oven, sensor lights in and outside the garage and fixed some light fixtures in our lounge and living area. Grant was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He and his apprentice spent most of the afternoon installing lights, fans and new power points and popped round when one was making a funny noise to fix the problem. BEA was one of 3 providers that I asked to provide a quote for getting some Air-con installed. I went with Grant and his team for several reasons - cost competitiveness, product and installation knowledge and great communication. After my own research in to brands and models I came to the realisation that per unit of cooling per dollar, BEA had quoted the lowest price.
