My husband and I recently purchased a Hisense fridge from Betta Electrical Traralgon and the service we received was beyond excellent! From purchase to install everyone we dealt with was helpful, friendly and professional. The gentleman who help us with our purchase was kind enough to store our fridge until we moved into our new home. When it came time for the fridge to be installed the gentleman that attended our home was probably the friendliest person I have ever met! Amazing customer service!

It’s better at BETTA!! I brought some white goods after buying a house & the guy I dealt with was super friendly (I think his name was Josh?). The morning of the delivery, the guy showed up on time and he was so lovely and helpful. I can’t remember his name but his last name was Smiles. He wrote down contact details to phone them if I needed any help with my items.

John and the team were awesome, from showing us through the range of different products to suit OUR needs, to purchase and finally delivery these guys are the best in the Valley hands down. I’ve dealt with the other major 2 stores in Traralgon and these guys run rings around them for service and price. We’d already saved $400 in total from one of the other 2 stores before we’d even started to make a deal with John. We saved even further once we’d agreed to the deal. 5 stars guys
