Despite the negative experience in-store, it's obvious that the company deeply cares about its customers and I'm confident in saying I'll return next time I need something.
Good and fast customer service
Went to get further information on an exhaust fan stocked by Middendorps and the man serving me was unable to give me any information or answer my questions. In the end I had a simple point explained by the customer next to me. Disappointing.
This place is very local for me but unfortunately because of my experience there I will never go there again. Their prices are a complete ripoff! I bought a 9 watt dimmable downlight to replace one that had failed and they charged me $25. When I got back home I googled it online. I could have bought one for $11. What a rip off! Do not shop here!!!
