Rang Ellis last week Monday morning 8am regarding a strange smell and fuming battery I noticed when I was driving the car over the weekend. He rocked up in less than 1h and after 1min inspection he was able to tell me that the alternator overcharged the battery and both require replacement. There were also some lights on in my dashboard and I was told by another auto electrician that it’s caused by the main control board or something like that but they haven’t got it in stock and replacement would cost lots of money but no need to replace it anyway because it doesn’t affect driving. After Ellis replaced the alternator no dashboard lights were on anymore neither. Couldn’t be more happy with the service overall and will definitely use him again if there’s any electrical issues on my car in the future. Thank you Ellis!

Needed to replace the starter motor - rather than getting the car towed, I called Sydney Wide. Ellis provided great service at a fair price, and solved the issue quickly. Much easier and cheaper than organising a towing service to an auto electrician shop. Thanks Ellis.

Ellis was brilliant. I was really worried about my car - it was dead. He arrived on time, talked me through everything he was doing and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the spare part and fitted it a few hours later. He was so nice natured and checked everything thoroughly. He even contacted me the next day to check all was well.
