Mackies Air Conditioning Port Macquarie

We had an air conditioner installed recently and I have been meaning to write a review but kept forgetting. They were very professional and friendly and even bought their own vacuum to clean up! We had a problem with the conditioner (it was our pipes that were blocked, so our fault!). They came out the next day, got it fixed and is running fine again. I would recommend Mackies to anyone and have done so on several occasions. Thank you for being such a great service.

We recently had a ducted air conditioning system installed by Mackies in our 110 year old weatherboard house in Wingham. Mackies was excellent from start to finish - from Dennis Greig's assessment and advice on a suitable system, to Tracey's coordination and communication with me about the project, through to the installation team. The team arrived punctually as planned (first week in January) and worked steadily to have the installation completed within a day. The whole team was super professional, polite and friendly, their communication throughout was excellent and the house was left very tidy with all rubbish removed. The air con is working perfectly and the cool air has already been a great relief during the extremely hot days we've had this month - looking forward also to a warm and comfortable winter! Highly recommend Mackies!!

Avoid Mackie at All Costs! If you're considering automatic doors in the Mid North Coast area, DO NOT use Mackie. This company holds a monopoly in the region, and they exploit it to control prices, which are outrageously high. The service is beyond disappointing—there are long delays before they even respond to your request, and when they do, you're met with rude staff on the phone. To make things worse, they demand payment upfront, and even after paying these ridiculous prices, the service remains poor. I had to replace three automatic doors by manual doors for my business just to avoid dealing with Mackie ever again. If you're thinking about installing automatic doors or need servicing, I'd strongly advise against using this company. You'll save yourself a lot of frustration and avoid being controlled by a business that has no regard for customer satisfaction. Look elsewhere!

Recently we have had our Loungeroom A/C unit replaced. We were very impressed with the service of the Sales team(Dave Waterman) & the quick turnaround to get it installed. Thank you for making our summer cool. Cheers Lee & Richard

Our house has recently been hit by a super cell or mini tornado, with houses on either side suffering roof damage. Our 20 solar panels and roof survived and our off-grid solar power kept going while grid power went down. Would like to thank the team at Mackies for doing such a good job installing it in 2015. Much appreciated.
