The team at hello electrical were amazing. From the initial quote until the completion of the works, the professionalism and understanding of my needs was outstanding. Phil and Jason were patient and thorough when providing options for my ceiling fans and heated towel rails and were happy to answer ongoing questions until I was ready to go ahead. Phil was super knowledgeable and really assisted my understanding during install. I also had surge protection and non compliant circuits removed and safety switches installed for my extra safety. I would highly recommend hello electrical as their work, staff and overall experience was excellent.

Thankyou to Hello Electrical and especially Ryan for my home's electrical upgrade, my home was definitely a fire risk with outdated smoke alarms, an original electric box from the 80's!! Not being able to utilise the solar panel energy etc etc made me realise the need to sort these issues out. New antenna points, and power points new downlights and hanging my huge TV on the wall was all completed swiftly and professionally. Highly recommend this team of electricians. Will definitely use Hello Electrical again.

Hello Electrical recently got installed two new fans and lights for me in the living room and bathroom. It was a pleasure dealing with them every step of the way from my enquiries re: quote to installation. Communication was excellent and prices most reasonable. We recently had electric service completed at our property, covering diagnostic work, repairs and a safety check of the main panel and switchboards. Ryan and his team arrived on schedule, communicated clearly about the scope and pricing and worked efficiently without disrupting the household. Work areas were kept clean and Ryan walked us through what was done. Overall we’re very satisfied with the service and would recommend Ryan to anyone who needs electrical work.

We had an emergency Ausgrid disconnection overnight due to sparking mains and a potential fire risk. I messaged the company around 2am, knowing we’d need a Level 2 electrician urgently in the morning. By 5:30am I’d already received a reassuring reply, and by 8am Phil and the team were on site. They quickly identified the fault, explained the repair plan clearly, and had our power safely reconnected within a couple of hours. Phil kept me updated throughout, was knowledgeable and professional, and it was clear he had extensive experience with this kind of repair (especially given the age of our property). I really appreciated the fast response, excellent communication, and quality workmanship. Thank you to Phil and the team for such an outstanding job!
