The staff were very friendly and understood my issue with my vehicle immediately and booked the car in there and then. Dropped car off and they reported back what the approx cost would be to repair. Vehicle repaired over 2 days and cost was what I expected. Thanks to all.

My car was being looked after them for 4 months with parts on order. Throughout the 4 months I have recevied zero communication from them despite contacting them weekly. Initial my car was left in their care for 6 weeks for me to find that my initial problems were not solved and there is now further issues. Due to these delays and complete lack of communication I have been unable to get my car ready for sale before moving country. Since seeking legal action they were able to contact me daily but still not deliver on their promises. Not worth your time or money. I am now going through the legal process with consumer affairs Victoria.

Customer service over the phone was great. I could not get a mechanic until the end of January, so if you go here book ahead early. It's really worth the wait if you can borrow a car in the meantime. This business won't rip you off. New parts and work is guaranteed.

They did a great job in repairing my car air conditioning and battery. Price was very good too. I would highly recommend.

I made the mistake of returning to this business after a previous issue around how long it took to complete work on the electric window of my car (three weeks). I booked my sons' car in on a specific day to have a new radio installed and after four business days I still did not have the car back and any indication as to whether to expect the job to be completed. I ended up picking up the car (no work done) at the end of the fourth business day without a new radio. I found the staff unfriendly and unprofessional.

Had them do a turbo timer on my landcruizer a year and couple of months ago and its lost power rang them too have a look!! And yea not interested there too busy so am l. I have too work too. You would think a job they have done and for something thats simple they would find some sort of time just too have a look or even tell me over the phone on what it might be..

Pleasantly surprised with the work done at Mornington Auto Electrics. Professional, clean and very knowledgeable. Would have no trouble recommending them to friends and family 🙂
