I arrived with a car that worked. I was convinced I needed to spend thousands of dollars to replace parts that were on their way out so I would not have problems down the line and to pass my pink slip. I spent the money and was given back a car that no longer works at all and smokes like a chimney. I feel like a fool. When I explained the car no longer works and I had to be towed home as I broke down 1 day after the so called service, the mechanic was so rude it makes my blood boil.I would be devastated if my wife or child or mother were spoken to the way I was, I was spoken to like I was trash. Not only this he was rude to me through out the whole process which makes me feel like even more of an idiot for paying him so much money. He swore at me constantly like a 13 year old boy, pathetic. Even if this rude man thinks there might be a deeper issue with the car he needs to treat someone paying THOUSANDS of dollars with respect. However I arrived for my pink slip with a car that worked and left with a tin souvenir that broke down immediately and had to be towed. I would not let this man touch my car again, not ever. The way this man treated me was to make me feel like somehow after paying thousands of dollars like it was all my fault and he has been inconvenienced. Predators always do this to victims. Do not gaslight me, YOU HAVE NOT BEEN INCONVENIENCED! YOU DISRESPECTFUL THING, I HAVE!!! I have been left with no car and no money for Christmas. What I do have is a bunch of invoices for all the lovley parts I paid for. I Am OUTRAGED! But I am mostly sorry to my family that I Am stupid enough to be taken advantage of this way. I was trying to make sure we were set up for the year with a safe and reliable method of transport. What a joke. I believe in talking to people face to face and that's what I tried to do. What I did. Only to be sworn at,gas lit and treated like garbage. It was intimidating, but I won't be intimidated anymore. If this man comes near me I'll call the police. I'm not joking pal. You don't know what respect is so you no longer have my permission to speak in my presence. No one should be treated this way. EVER. I'm so sorry I gave this guy our money. I hope one day this guy is held to account.

Having been a customer of Micks for over 10 years, and my parents were customers for 15 + years before that, I find that there is no other place Id take my car for a service. Mick and Victoria are such lovely honest people. They are always up for a chat and ask about the family every time I am there. One time, Victoria offered to drive me home as it was raining after I dropped my car off for a service. My car is always ready when I ask to pick it up. Everything is explained to me. I don't need phone calls to ask to replace anything, I completely leave it up to Mick. He treats my car as if it is his own. One day I was out driving in the rain when my back windscreen wiper came apart. I dropped in on my way home and Mick replaced it for free. I would highly recommend Mick to anyone looking for a local honest mechanic.

Awesome service and incredible knowledge. Micks extensive experience means that he knows all there is to know about cars from the latest models to the oldest classic. Victoria is such a lovely lady & extremely helpful. Don’t know how they run it with only 2 people, but they do & with such perfection.

Seriously the most honest, fair AND EDUCATING mechanic I have ever been to. The receptionist was super helpful and patient, and Mick the Mechanic made quick and easy work of my car. Although I only took it in for my headlight bulbs to be replaced, he helped me out with the rest of my car and showed me what I should/shouldn’t be doing. He never pressured me into doing anything else right there and then, and he took his time to teach me whatever I asked. All together, I was in and out in about 30 minutes and left very satisfied.

Today 16 Dec 2024, my car engine had a whirring sound when started but when warm it runs well. I took it down to Mick look at what is the causes and repairs costs. Mick look at the issue and resolved the problem immediately on the spot. I admire his honestly and expertise. He did not even want to send me round in circles or dent my wallet. I highly recommend his workshop.

Got very overcharged for a headlight bulb change which seems to be a common thread in these comments. Looked up the exact product used and was significantly lower than what I was charged for. When asked for a reason, the mechanic was very rude and I got told to do it myself which defeats the purpose of a mechanic no? ‍♀️ would definitely not recommend.

I have been going to this service for 10 years and receive EXELLENT care EVERY time. Mick takes care of my car like it's his own and he is professional, outstanding, hard working and is absolutely honest to the the core!!! Both Victoria and Mick are more than accommodating and ALWAYS give me wonderful friendly service. I really appreciate their quality service. Catherine
