Arranged a time for him to visit and he failed to show. Waited half an hour then when I called he had clearly forgotten but said he would be there in half an hour. Waited another 2 hours and called but he didn't pick up. No reply to texts either. Never heard from him again. Terrible service, very unprofessional, would never recommend.

Scott arrived on time, tagged all our appliances (a few more than we'd originally requested), cleaned up all mess - overall, highly recommended.
