Wow, so responsive and customer centric! My husband Fritz reached out on email and had such a quick and professional response from Stephanie. Locked in for NBN relocation the next day. And Nathan came exactly as planned "the next day". He was incredibly efficient, professional and sent photos. He also gave advice which we passed onto our builder which will assist in reconnection after our build. Highly recommended and definitely who we will use again once our new house is built! FYI, we emailed 3 companies. Only two responded.

Nathan and Dillon came to move the modem box into our sitting room. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Their workmanship was neat and they even cleaned up after themselves.Thank you so much for setting everything up. I cannot rate them highly enough. I would give them and the company 10 stars.

In early April 2019 we called KEA to fix an electrical fault causing 1 of our circuit breakers to trip. They sent Dave out. He was meticulous in his fault finding & found many sub standard issues all of which he fixed. The primary problem was a flooded junction box which was tripping 1 circuit & causing a variable loss in the other. He tested every GPO, inside & out & underneath. He replaced cracked mild steel conduit & water damaged wiring runs & persevered in all kinds of cramped spaces. He never showed frustration or annoyance & certainly was not going to give up. He finished by doing a GPO audit to make sure each CB wasn't overloaded. He has given us complete peace of mind & we can't recommend him or KEA highly enough.

My exhaust fan installer was friendly and very pleasant, providing the best possible service. He allowed time to discuss the pros and cons of the installation point and installed the fan efficiently and neatly. The office staff at Keith Atkinson Electrical provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend.
