Symon was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He was super communicative and always followed up promptly. He installed our drop lights beautifully and also picked up an issue with another light, which he came back to fix very quickly. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and he was friendly, professional, and easy to have in our home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again!

Simon arrived at our house within an hour on a Sunday morning. Very quick and professional. Whilst he wasn’t able to complete the work because he was going away the same day and it was a much bigger job than anticipated, he organised everything for us, coordinated with the power company and contacted other electricians who could help us - all at no charge. Symon just completed a difficult 3 phase power installation. Others wouldn't touch the job but Symon arranged it all from start to finish (including all interactions with United Energy) without any complications. In a word - fabulous! 🙂
