Rude obnoxious smart ass staff when quality of work is questioned.Never witnessed such an incompetent mis-managed company in such a long long time trying to get answers

Not impressed overpriced and have been stuffing me around for months before they admitted that they were not capable of completing the task. I have lost money as a result of this. Highly recommend that you look elsewhere for a service provider.

I sincerely hope this old guy does electrical work better than he parks and drives. He parked so close to me over two parking spaces that I couldn't get in my car and was forced to wait, standing next to the car while he ignored me and texted for 10 minutes. He then reversed, ignored me and sped off at definitely illegal speeds through two school zones.

Five Star Electrical recently completed work at my place. They were fantastic! Very thorough, attentive to detail, flexible to suit my timelines and professional in attitude and work ethic. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Not sure how good they are as electricians and service providers, but I can tell one thing – rude! One of your company ute car almost run me over on the pedestrian crossing at the ANU campus just now (bridge crossing). I even had stopped and raised my hand showing that I am going to cross, and the car just zipped by. Such arrogant behaviour is not professional, dangerous and plainly uncalled for.

I was really impressed with the great job they did to install the induction cook top and new circuits on the circuit board. It was a complicated and lengthy job and they were completely professional and thorough!
